One coaxial not shotgun installed

So I currently have one coaxial feed to my tv point, are there any accessories I can buy to make this work with sky q providing me with the he full services without re running a second coaxial cable

First can we ask do you have your own dish or fed by  a communal system (the answer differs depending on which you have) ?
