On the TV all programmes have a running commentary - how do I turn it off

Is something pressed on the remote control that can be turned off to stop an ongoing commentary on all programmes live and recorded?

@Nannydogs try pressing the question mark on your remote and check whether audio description set to on or off if set to on turn it off 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
