On screen message when the bill has been paid
Hi, For the past 2 months we have only paid late once. But we are still getting "You will soon lose your Sky channels. To keep viewing go to sky.com/myaccount" We have contacted Sky several times to the point of them replacing the Sky Q box and viewing card. We are still getting this message. We pay the bill on the 22nd of every month. It is getting on my nerves now. Can anyone help me please.

I assume you meant 12 months or that's a 50% late payment ratio 😉
That must be properly annoying. I would try setting up a direct debit, it should ensure the sky system is happy with the payment schedule. I know it seems out of your control but let's face it, that money is going out one way or the other.
