On installation the installer connected our cat 5 cables to the skybox. One doesn’t work

our sky box is in a cupboard and connected to two tvs via vat 5 cables. One has not worked since installation.

To what are the Ethernet cables connected and which Qbox is not working?

A Sky installer probably shouldn't have touched such equipment: subscribers can attempt to use it if they wish, but Sky offers no support with that kind of setup.
