Hi on all of our mini box's when you turn on and when you change channels the screen takes time to turn on and freezes several times this is getting worst each week

@pipcooper Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot each mini box

Yes
Ive had the skyQ box off for several hours and each mini box has been re booted with no difference

Hi @pipcooper
Try a Network Reset on the minis. Start with the one nearest to the Main Q box (or if you are Sky Broadband the nearest one to to the Sky router if it is nearer than the main Q box)
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box. If you do this make sure you press the Sky router WPS button and not the router reset button.
If you get the mini connected satisfactory then carry out the Network reset on the next nearest mini. When asked you can press on the WPS on the nearest Q device (the previously connected min or the main Q box or a Sky Q router. Whichever is nearest)
Failing all of the above you may need a Sky Q WiFi Booster to position midway between your main Q box and the mini and you will need to contact Sky directly.

REally annoying that having taken a new router recentky I now need a booster to resolve issues foreced on me by Sky
not really enviromentally friendly having to connect another device - Sky?

Who is your broadband supplier ?

one closet to router was better other two (upstairs) no different
sky broadband
