On Thursday evening last week we lost signal.

We went away on holiday on Friday and returned Monday. 
still no satellite signal. 
I have followed all instructions on the app, the tv, and all the necessary steps that have been said to me. 
still no signal.

You'll need to call Sky to get an engineer to check the dish.

 

It may be quicker to pay a local firm to do this...
