On Sky Q tv guide how do you go back to previous programmes on earlier in the same day.

Hi,

How do you go back on the TV guide to previous programmes on earlier in the same day. My guide is only starting from the time we are currently on. I am pressing the back button on the channel I want but it will not let me go back. Can anybody help. Thank you

Afraid the Sky Guide on Q only goes back to current time.
