Older sky minibox keeps disconnecting

My older Sky minibox keeps disconnecting at random from the main Sky Q box. It's connected to via an Ethernet cable to a mesh node. I have 2 other mini boxes that work perfectly. Tried updating the software but it keeps disconnecting.

@tappa+top Have you tried swapping the Mini Box with one of the working ones to see if the problem follows the box or stays in the location.

Hi @tappa+top 

Unless all Q boxes are connected to the same Network and by the same method a mini connected by Ethernet to a Mesh node will be unreliable (Ie unless all Q boxes are connected to mesh nodes)

I called Sky andthe minibox was diagonised as faulty and was exchanged for a new one.
