Not received pre paid returns parcel plus I still have sky so what am I returning

Why am I being requested to return item when I still have sky and why am I being charged and extra £10.00 admin fee?

If you have renewed, as I suspect, admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount. Check your future bills if you haven’t already and see if the charges have been credited back. Otherwise if you negotiated the deal on the phone and these admin charge(s) weren’t mentioned you need to contact Sky again. They should be able to listen back on your original call and if they weren’t mentioned they will hopefully cancel them.
