Not connecting to tv when turning on

Any help please, my sky q  has stopped connecting to Samsung tv when  I turn from the box , tv comes on , I have restarted it loads , checked the pink cable

Hi @bubba2169 

Is the Q box led Green and what message are you seeing?

My box is green but it won't come on the tv saying it hasn't connected with the tv , if I take pink cable out of tv then put it back in , I then have to relink it to the tv
