Not been able to watch any sky programw for over 6 months. No signal, Q box not working

Sky Q box not working,  no signal on message on screen. Not been able to watch Sky tv for over 7 months

@Begho  And in this 7 months have you spoken to Sky?  If not why not?  They can't know you have any issues if you don't tell them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
