Not allowing me to download catch up/ on demand again when I’ve got a subscription.

Hi, me again!

 

I'm having the same trouble again about it saying 'please upgrade your subscription' when trying to download something on catch up/on demand again. Could you please pass me over to a Sky expert so we can go through a viewing card refresh again because that worked last time.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
