Non delivery of Sky Q box replacement

I had to order a new Sky Q TVbox as my one stopped working. DPD did try to deliver today, unfortunately there was some confusion when my son answered the door. The parcel is now being returned to Sky. What should I do. I've tried virtual chat which was no help at all. Also left messages via FB but have not had a reply.

You perhaps need to clarify the current position by calling Sky. It may have to be re-ordered. Also remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into a DPD van.
