No wifi to sky q

Although we have WiFi throuout the house. My sky q box won't connect. I've followed the advice given by text to unplug the sky q box for 30 seconds and unplugged the WiFi box. I've also pressed the WiFi reset button on the router but none have worked.

I think Sky TV has been hacked

No satellite signal - all other services say down due to no satellite - checked my communual aeriel as sometime people disconnect mine to patch in theres and I have to disconnect someone elses - stupid eh - but not that - no help from ringing sky just we can't do that - I will switch to streaming - office is closed - I will cancel then - office closed

Hacked ??? beginning to wonder or maybe just normal service LOL

I don't think so.

chances are you reset your box and maybe need to reset the input to SCR mode for a single cable feed communal system

needs a mains power down and back on to take effect.
