No volume on tV via sky

Hi All. All of a sudden I have no vomune through my television with sky Q. (TV Volume is fine on Netflix, apps etc) I have reset couple of times but no luck!!! Any help please.

edit: oh do you mean no audio at all? What audio output do you have selected in the settings?

I have reset the sky q box. None of the settings have changed or been touched. Sky just just has no volume coming through tV.

@aidanbrophy12xxx have you tried removing the HDMI cable and re-inserting it or replacing the cable or if possible try anothe TV with the box 

Trying another TV would confirm whether its the box or something else

Even though you may get sound form other sources we sometimes find that power off restart of the TV itself cures no sound from SKY Q

Thank you, that's sorted it. Although now my Sky remote doesn't control the TV anymore. Tried pairing it via settings, it's says paired successfully. But it isn't working 🤷‍♂️

Hi @aidanbrophy12xxx 

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

I've got the same problem. What was the solution that worked? Was it rebooting the TV? Or was it to do with unplugging the HDMI cable?

Hi Ive always had to use the TV remote for the volume so I tried the "press 4&6 then 7&9 then 1&3"  and now none of the buttons work on my sky control. VERY frustrating! Can anyone help please?
