No voice sound on sky documentaries

I have no voice sound on sky documentaries on sky stream, but do have all other sounds. All other channels are fine. Can anyone advise? Thanks

This is the Sky Q forum but anyway ... sounds like you have an issue with a centre speaker failed or missing, if you're getting the rest of the audio.
