Sky Q box feeds to Sony HT100 sound system then to 2023 LG TV. Following recent (Oct 24) LG WebOS update there is no video signal on the TV, only a sound signal. It is necessary to reboot the TV (disconnect/30sec/button below screen 10sec/reconnect) then the system work perfectly until it is turned off with either the Sky or LG remote, after which the TV has to be rebooted again. On startup the TV recognises the Sky Q box ("HDMI" then "Sky Q" flags). But when working properly the flags are "HDMI" then "Sky Q (Yorkshire)". This can't be acceptable, can it? The Freeview reception direct to the TV is perfect.

hi @Red_Kite
With the SKY Q box on try pressing the following keys in sequence on the SKY Q remote
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
This resets the resolution to 1080i that most TVs should be able to display
It might be that the software update has stopped it form being able to display UHD until some settings are reset
