No upgrade on sky q available

Can't find any options to upgrade to ultra hd. My sky q is 1Tb . Not ultra compatible.

hi @Donavan 

I am afraid you need to call SKY

The online & on box options were removed quite a while ago now when there was a shortage of 2TB boxes and have not been re-instated 

If you need a number:

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help
