Hi @shirleyh 

Assume you are aware Subtitles are not available for all content.

You can check if subtitles are available by looking at the Tile Synopsis and see if there is a White square containing a blue S.

This is the Symbol that indicates the content has Subtitles

A spy among friends .. I can get titles if watched on ITV but not if on catch up.

yes that looks correct.

ITV haven't added Subtitles to the On Demand content.
