No sound on my Sky Q Box

My tv sound is working. All apps, etc are fine. But nothing through SKY has any volume. I've tried swapping HDMI, unplugging, restarting, etc - but nothing

Hi @LiamCarter   What have you set your Sky Q audio format? If not "Normal", I would try that. Home -> Settings-> Setup-> Audio visual -> Digital audio output HDMI -> Normal.

Hi @LiamCarter 

Have you tried powering down your TV. 

• We sometimes find this restores sound for people.
