A few things to try :
1) Check the setting in :
Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual
Digital audio output HDMI
If your TV cannot handle Dolby Digital make sure it is set to Normal - if it is set to Normal try changing to DD then exit & then go back in & reset bacj to Normal
2) try a power restart of your Mini box
Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
3) try a power down restart (i.e. unplug or switch off at mains) of your TV
