No sky engineer called as agreed for the 23/12 8.00 am until13.00pm

Hi, Spoke with staff from Sky on the 21/12 mid evening phonecall. I was told that an engineer would call on the 23/12 8.00 until 13.00pm. No one appeared. The Sky mini box is seeemed to be the problem. The room with this box is now not used because failure of Sky staff.

This email is requesting why and can we maybe have an egineer call out??? I will now assume my billing will be adjusted due to this outcome.

 

Please make contcat on my mobile for talks of when an engineer can call.

I’m afraid you are not contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other. This isn't a route to email Sky either (Sky don't use email as a general communication tool).


If you have to call Sky we’ve been informed that for the rest of the holiday period the phone lines will be open:
Boxing Day ~ 0800 til 2000
New Years Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
New Years Day ~ 0800 til 2100
Other days will be normal hours.

Social Media operating hours on the Bank Holidays will be:
Boxing Day ~ 0830 til 2000
New Years Day ~ 0830 til 2100

What's the issue?  You may not need an engineer to call.

@trevmitch if its a problem with your mini box 

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting the mini box
