No sky TV signal, it say Technical fault. There is a tree obstruction the dish position.

If you can't get the tree pruned, you'll need to call to ask for an engineer visit, to see if your dish can be relocated.

Not a lot anyone can do about that @Tatto 

If the tree cannot be pruned then you will have to if there is an alternative position for the satellite dish.  If so Sky will possibly relocate the dish at a cost os approx £65.

Failing that then you could consider changing to sky Stream
