No signal since outage early May

No signal since the outage early May. Engineer has been and said it's the trees that are fully blocking the signal. He's tried moving the dish/pole up a good foot and still nothing..

Ive been with Sky 19 years, the trees have always been there but difficult to say whether the dish would be going through them or slightly over..

Seems strange that we would just loose the full signal all around the same time as the outage..

Engineer says it's the trees though and unable to get the angle on the ladders to physically move the dish / brackets further up the roof line..

anyone else had this??

looked as the sky glass and live box but can't say the reviews give me confidence to want to switch..

2 months without it is certainly making me question why I have it and do I need to be spending 140£ to ensure I see the lacklustre football, over hyped F1 or Golf where all the best players aren't there!

HAVE YOU HAD SIMILAR ISSUE AND WHAT RESOLUTIONS??

@NPetch  Are the trees yours?  If so, why not get them trimmed?

I am just another Sky customer!

@NPetch  A suitably qualified local specialist engineer could look up the precise reception parameters required for where you reside and use a clinometer to quickly check if your satellite transponder reception is now being blocked by any trees.

For example;
