I'm just wondering if I can get some help or advice on this?
On December 16th as you probably know we had some pretty bad weather. As a result of that I started getting the no signal error on a number of channels at around half 9 that night.
I've tried restarting the box multiple times in the weeks since and before I went to Devon on the 27th I turned it off at the socket hoping that it would be sorted once I turned it back on when I got back. I've not long since got home this evening and turned it on again, but I'm still getting the no signal error on the same channels.
I'm not entirely sure where to go from here

”No signal” tends to be a message from your TV (in which case check the cables going to the TV). A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.

You may have a minor dish misalignment .Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
