@rowdysaudi   Do you have your own satellite dish, or are you using a communal Integrated Reception System installation?

It's a communal dish but I don't believe any body else is having that problem

If you carried out a system reset, it will have restored the LNB mode of your Sky Q receiver back to the 'default' WIDEBAND setting used for subscribers who have their own satellie dish, but, as you are using a communal Integrated Reception System installation, you will now need to change the LNB mode to SCR.

@rowdysaudi  If you call Sky and ask them to arrange for the attendance of one of their specialist Multiple Development Unit (MDU) trained engineers, they should be able to analyse exactly whether this fault is being caused by Sky equipment, or a defective communal Integrated Reception System (IRS) installation which would require rectification by your communal IRS maintenance engineers.
