For a few weeks now some channels are not working, it started off with channel 5, this hasn't been working for over a month, now all +1 channels have gone, when you click on the channel it comes up with "this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
