No signal on comedy central

In the last week or so, I've noticed I'm not getting Comedy Central HD or Comedy Central Xtra on my Sky Q box or mini box. Comedy Central +1 seems to be working, but it's a bit frustrating. Checked the signal in the secret settings menu and strength is 80 and quality is 90, so I can't see it being that. Anyone any ideas?

@Andrew+Millar Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

@Andrew+Millar are you getting any messages when you go to these channels what do you see on the channel ?
