No signal hdmi1 message on screen

Ok so I have the following message come up in my tv. Is this an issue i need sky to come out and fix or a general tv engineer ... or can I do it???

@Obfarm  It's your TV telling you there is no signal on HDMI 1, what HDMI port is the Sky Q box connected to?  Have you used the TV's remote to cycle through the inputs?

 

You neither need Sky or a TV engineer as this is normally easy to resolve.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
