No signal early in the morning
I am going round in circles and can't get to speak to anybody at Sky to help. Every morning for the last week, I have signal issues and many channels aren't available (main box and mini). Signal fragments, freezes - then says no signal being received.
I reboot the system, maybe it will work - after an hour or so, it will generaly work again anyway - but I cannot use my service at the hours I want.
After goiung round and round on the phone, it just tells me to fix it myslef on line, staff are on training so all help lines closed (at 1.30pm!).
So amy paying a huge amount for a service that I can't use some of the time.

If the message is No Satellite signal
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
