No signal at a flat with communal dish

Recently moved into a flat, which has a communal dish.

plugged in the box to the corresponding wall connections with the correct wires, however, it says no signal. I've moved several times in the past and plugging it all in has never been an issue until now.

box works fine at old home, as I've tried it there since. Connects to the WiFi fine and on demand and catch up work fine. Nobody in the block has reported any issues.

am I missing something?

@LP2383 i'm guessing your previous address you had your own dish

If so you will need to do the following as you need to change settings on the main Q box to work with a communual system

you need to enter the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the following
press the home button then scroll down to settings and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

Select the LNB Type & set to SCR

After changing the LNB type power down your SKY Q box and restart it for the change to come into effect
