Hi
Ive has Sky for 17 years , moved home a year ago but the last 6 months I've had no signal 50% of the time. Bad weather again last week a lot of clouds , but even when it cleared my tv saying no signal . In the last month alone I've not had a successful recording or watched anything even on calm nice days. Nothing blocking satellite, there's nothing around us ! What's the number?? So I can actually talk to someone?

@ainesruthan You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Re: No signal Sky Q most of the time
Is 'no signal' being displayed or 'no satellite signal' as these are totally different?

Re: No signal Sky Q most of the time
In that case use the link to the number provided by @GD1 It sounds like your dish might be slightly out of alignment.

I did have this problem with satellite signal I called a someone spoke to me in the phone and rectified the issue. I was hopping the same as I have had this issue for over two weeks and we can't watch anything and have a special need child who loves to watch cartoons.

Re: No signal Sky Q most of the time
With the high winds currently about sounds like your dish may be about of alignment.
Any error messages displayed?
Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish (it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye). If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.
