No sigmal and no help from Sky

For two months? If not more, I have had no signal. The engineer was sent in and she informed me that a tree in my estate blocked the signal.  I was told someone would get in contact bit nothing. I have tried ringing . No help anywhere 

 Rather I'm being asked to watch from my phone pr tablet. Why should I pay all that money and come home to watch on my phone.  I'm proper upset and my contract ends in March. Is there anyone that can help please ? I can't continue to pay so much for what I don't get to enjoy.
