No satellite signal

Hi all, 

this morning my sky q box says no satellite signal. I've tried unplugging etc. 

I've also checked it's on wideband. Online, when it runs a check on my box it says all is fine. WiFi fine. 

any ideas as engineer can't come until 6th September!

Hi @Yid10 

Afraid WiFi has no relevance to satellite signal.

Looks like you have a dish misalignment issue which can only be solved by an engineer.

Employing the services of an independent local satellite engineer may be quicker but would be totally at your own expense. Sky wouldn't reimburse you.
