No satellite signal

So I've been without sky TV for 24 hours now as I am receiving a no satellite signal message . I've done all the usual checks and resets and sky are reporting no issues in my area. I booked an engineer who can't come out for two weeks.
I can't even select "My account" as I receive a message saying Sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem......so having seen that message, is that actually an outage problem with sky or is it still a perceived  hardware problem with my Sky dish/Sky Q box.

@KevinDH  There is no "Outage" with Sky as satellite signals cover the whole of the UK they are notn locallised, if there were issues with the satellites the forum would be flooded (in fact in meltdown).

You'll need to wait for the engineer to attend to resolve the issue as it's likely your dish has moved in the recent storms.

@KevinDH

You will have been provided with the earliest engineer appointment but needless to say after the recent bad weather they will be busier than usual.
