No satellite signal

Hi I have had muplriples of issues with my sky tv recently. None of the channels are available to watch as there is no signal on the satellite. I have reseted everything  numerous of times akd still not working. It has been over a week now

If it's not resolved then you can book an engineer. 

 

Why have you waited a week?    A no sateliite signal is normally down to your dish moving slightly.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In addition, if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
