@PamelaT73 If you have a No satellite signal then the issue is either with the setup/dish you use or the box, it won't correct itself, if it was a wider outage I.E all of the UK with no satellite signal the forum would be flooded with posts.
Try these steps and follow until the very end, if not resolved you should be able to book an engineer.
