Hi we are having issues with some/majority of our channels giving us the this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal message. Some channels are perfectly fine others are pixelating and breaking up at times other have the satellite problem message. I have checked the cables etc all seem fine. In the settings it says we have good satellite signal strength at 50 and quality at 30 not sure of this is low or not. Any help would be much appreciated 👍

Those levels are low - the critical one is quality
I have escalated your post to SKY who, hopefully, will be in touch who may be able to book an engineer visit

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
