No satellite signal showing since Sunday 26th.
Followed instructions to reset and still show error.
Internet connection checked and working on all other devices.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sidney33 You internet connection is irrelevant in the case of a No Satellite signal, have you contacted Sky about this? Sounds like you need an engineer visit if you've done all the usual steps
