As you I think you suspect, following the storms, it is quite likely that the dish has slightly moved & needs re-aligning
Please see the following page that covers a few problems including no Signal - if you follow the link through and still have problems (which is quite likely after the storms) then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish
