Its likely to be a dish alignment issue so check the troubleshooting in this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If it doesn’t you’ll need to contact Sky to book an engineer appointment.
If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
Remember, a misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

Re: No satellite signal
@Sur1 given this is not an issue with your broadband Inhave moved your post tomthe Sky Q forum. If you have checked the cables etc the nexr step is to call Sky as they almost certainly will send out an engineer to check yourcdish which may have moved.

Re: No satellite signal
Glass and Stream are through your internet (should it be good enough) and it's totally different from Sky Q so do plenty of research before committing.

Re: No satellite signal
We too have had this problem phoned sky and they told me they couldn't get an engineer to me until 16th October as that was the soonest they had available.
we can access all the apps but can't download or use anything from sky.
So from 3rd October to technically the 16th we have no tv a service that we are paying for she said I still have to pay the bill and then sort afterwards!

That's correct. Once the issue is fixed contact Sky again and see if they'll apply a credit onto your account for the period you've been without full TV service but be aware there is no automatic compensation like there is for a full broadband outage.

Re: No satellite signal
Just to warn you that there will be lots of customers with issues caused by Storm Eowyn so there will likely be delays in an engineer being dispatched especially as a number of engineers were made redundant last year.
