No satellite signal

My neighbours have put up scaffolding at their house & I've lost satellite signal on my Sky q box & mini box, is there anything that can be done ?

If there's a suitable alternative location then yes - but will likely be chargeable.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As long as there is an alternative position to put it give Sky a call. They charge £65 for this.
