No satellite signal when adverse weather

Whenever the wind picks up or heavy rain I lose the satellite signal on TV. Do I require an engineer to check my dish. This is normal weather for area I stay not storm conditions.

Hi @Jamie721

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
