No satellite signal sky q

Sky q box says no satellite signal. Initially it said that but I could still watch recordings get on apps etc. I turned the sky box off unplugged for a minute and reconnected. Now I can't get on anything at all no apps TV recordings. Everything now just says no satellite signal. Iv checked the sky dish, reset again don't have anything wireless close by. Iv book an engineer but over a week to wait so wondered if anyone had any ideas. Thanks

@Help+needed+pls  As you've already booked an engineer there isn't any further the forum can help with.  Without a live signal the box will cease to function after a few days.  You'll need to wait for the engineer to arrive.

Mine has also done this tv saying no signal I was able to watch my apps then electric went out and now cannot watch anything have to wait untill Tuesday for my TV to be fixed

No signal is normally a tv issue. No satellite signal is a Sky dish issue.

If your TV is being fixed then nothing to do with Sky.
