Since Friday night I have no satellite signal. We had bad winds on Friday so I assumed it would be okay in the morning but there is still no satellite signal. I've done all of the trouble shooting steps to try and restore the signal but nothing has worked. I have just checked my signal cables in the back of the q box and one of the pins on one cable looks like it has corroded. Could this be my problem?

I did book an engineer who is currently here now and it was the cable and it is being replaced.

Re: No satellite signal on sky q
@as2001 A corroded pin on the cable from the dish would suggest water has gotten into the cable, and could have alsio damaged the box, however you'll need to call Sky to book an engineer to sort this out.
