My mini boxes all show 'no satellite signal'
I have done all the reboots, checked main box has mini boes ticked, powered all down and back. Still the same messages.
Pls help

On the Main Q box can you go to Settings then Watch on Sky Q Mini Box and select Reactivate.
This will refresh the signal going to the Minis.

I have the same problem again on all mini boxes
Have reactivated, rebooted, checked software, rebooted router etc.
Pls help

I have the same problem the main box has a hard drive problem i tried resetting everything nothing worked replacement box ordered.
My sky mini box is saying no signal again I have tried to reset the box and also go to settings go to watch on sky q mini box and reactivate still the same problem.
The main box there is a signal but the hard drive problem any help appreciated

switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
