No satellite signal (on every other channel) after recent storm

I have a good signal, I have followed all steps (twice) to mitigate issue. Apparently I need an engineer and need to wait until Tuesday 18th Feburuary? Anyone from Sky wish to comment, I was not offered a weekend appt?

Sky won't comment on delays for engineers on here. Due to the recent storms there’s likely to be a significant delay in getting an appointment. It may be quicker to contact a local satellite company but that would be at your own expense.
