No satellite signal message on Viaplay 1

Is anyone getting a no satellite signal message on Viaplay 1.

Viaplay 2 is fine.

I have contacted Viaplay direct and they say it's the dish misaligned or something.

However I have no problems with any other channels.

I have checked the signal strength and it shows signal strength 80 and signal quality 90. 

So I am lost.

Thanks for any advice.

Does Bloomberg work (502)? That's another channel on the same frequency as Viaplay 1.

You'll need to book an engineer visit to check the dish alignment.

Thanks it's frustrating especially as all of the other channels work including Viaplay 2.
