No satellite signal for sky staff account

Hello I was recently made redundant from sky but still have my sky staff account as I am entitled to the perks for 5 years from now. Every time I try to get through to sky staff my call is disconnected. I currently have no satellite signal in my sky q box and I am unable to use any features.

If your previous direct staff number isn't working all we can do is provide the same advice we provide other customers…

If a message displays “no satellite signal” it relates to your Sky Q box, so firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Otherwise it’s likely to be a dish alignment issue so check the troubleshooting in this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If it doesn’t you’ll need to contact Sky by the normal public number to book an engineer appointment.

If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.
