You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

If you work through these steps and if not resolved you can book an engineer https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-live-tv/no-satellite-signal/articl...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Gavin5 Is it a communal setup then? There must be a dish communal or otherwise that feeds into the fibre setup, this being the case you'll need to contact the people who maintain the communal system, which isn't sky.

If the error is No Satellite Signal than you definitely have a dish.

Yes, but to feed a Sky Q box which needs a satellite signal then there must be a communal dish somewhere?
However the point still stands, it's not a Sky issue but needs to be fixed by whoever provides the fibre feed to the property. @Godfrey can you advise on this?

Did you follow the lin that @GD1 posted above (#3) and followed the 'Communal System' path - especialy the final bit about checking the LNB mode is set to SCR
Unfortunately as the others have mentioned, if you can't get it sorted, as you have a communal feed you will need to contact your Housing management people responsible for the communal feed

100% there is not a dish. If you need schooling about how a fibre cable then you're in the wrong job

Technically, there will be a dish that feeds the main distribution system as that is how the channels are broadcast even for such systems but it may not be anywhere near your premises

Sky Q needs a satellite dish to operate. It does not work over fibre/broadband etc. If you think it does then perhaps you need "schooling".
Are you sure you have Sky Q and not Sky Stream?
